What I'm trying to do: change the font defaults for the to and from address when I print an envelope.
I've read a lot before posting, I have changed the default and it is working for new documents only. However, I have several hundred form/template letters that were created in Word 2003 that when I open to modify and print, the new defaults do not apply themselves, the old settings stay. I typically open these old documents, modify what I need, highlight the address and click --> Mailing --> Envelopes. This puts the address from the letter in the delivery address field, and my address stays in the return address field. Is there a way to save the defaults I want to it applies to all documents globally? Even if I open my old documents and "save as" Word documents, thus making them Word 2013, the envelope defaults still don't work. I need to create completely new documents to get my defaults to apply correctly. Am I missing something or is this just not possible? |
