Default
Office 2007 didn't come with the ability to save as PDF built-in. To get that functionality, you needed to install the 'Save as PDF or XPS' utility (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...ails.aspx?id=7). There is no need to install or use 3rd-party software.
