I have bought a new laptop to replace my 8 year old desktop, which will be junked after everything is moved.
All was going smoothly until I could not find the Office 2010 installation disks and the key. Can I get along without them since Office will still only be installed on one computer? If I need the disks will I have to buy another complete set of Office? |

All depends on which version of Office 2010 you bought. If it was a transferrable version you can get the key from your existing PC where it is installed with Belarc Advisor - http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
You can download the installation files from http://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technol...download-links# Make sure you download the correct language version of the product you bought as keys are product specific.
