I have not returned to your link to discover it's address - maybe something went wrong, but as you mention, it doesn't apply now as I have managed to do this - obviously after reading that you suggested using a PDF conversion - by using the PDF converter which I had previously downloaded. I have a couple of friends who have said that they also have this problem so I shall pass the message to them also!
