Need plugin for reading+converting *.pdf file into *.doc

I sometimes need a converter for *.pdf to *.doc.

I don't want to use 3rd party programs but use a Word (2007) plugin.

Is there a recommendable useful plugin which keep the pdf layout as much as possible?
