I sometimes need a converter for *.pdf to *.doc.

I don't want to use 3rd party programs but use a Word (2007) plugin.

Is there a recommendable useful plugin which keep the pdf layout as much as possible?

Word 2007 is not compatible with the PDF format. You would need OCR software to process the PDF and convert it to editable text. For that you will need a third party product.

Word 2013 includes rudimentary OCR functionality to enable it to open PDF format files, but that process is not available for 2007.
