More pages in TOC than in the document
Good evening,
There is probably an easy fix for this problem I am not seeing. Anyway, here goes... I am trying to finish up a 144 page document. I have a MS Word generated TOC. The TOC indicates I have my last pages at page 166. The problem is there only 144 pages in the document. I have tried to remove all manual page breaks and reformat the TOC and it did not work.
