It looks like those letters have the font attribute of Small Caps applied.
I do not know why.
I do note that it doesn't happen with any letter you capitalize, nor necessarily with those letters all the time. It is happening with the surname of a doctor.

Do you by chance have those names as AutoText or AutoCorrect entries?
