How to create endnotes in a 'Notes' style (printscreen attached)

Hi to all!

I have to apply an article to Camera Obscura journal and I have no idea how to design endnotes in the required style (see the attached example). When made through the 'Insert endnote' they appear at the end below the line. No idea how to fix it.
