Default How to create endnotes in a 'Notes' style (printscreen attached)

Hi to all!

I have to apply an article to Camera Obscura journal and I have no idea how to design endnotes in the required style (see the attached example). When made through the 'Insert endnote' they appear at the end below the line. No idea how to fix it.

Thank you in advance.

Default Notes

Your post is not entirely clear. If you simply with to remove the line and include the word Notes instead, this I not difficult.

Change your view to Draft, select the References tab of the Ribbon, and then Show Notes, choosing Endnote area in the dialogue that pops up. At the bottom of the page, in the gray bar, use the dropdown arrow to select Endnote separator. Delete the line and type Notes, with a line space after it.

Return to Page layout view.
Done.

Hi! Thanks for the reply! Actually I just found out how to do this. Use x to the 2 option to create a number for the endnote and then just go and write it manually at the end of the document under the heading 'Notes'.
Anyway, I'll try out your way to get what you mean.
