I am having trouble renumbering the captions. I have tried to select all and press F9 and I have also tried to reposition the anchors. Neither option is working. There was also a VBA code I found but that didn't work. I am not sure what to do here- any thoughts? Polly |

Depending on how the document was created, the captions may be text, or they may be correct as they are in which case updating them would not make a change.
I would strongly recommend using a table (or tables) to position images of this type, which would ensure the viability of comments added to them. http://www.gmayor.com/photo_gallery_template.html makes this a breeze.
