How do you add a command to the right click menu

In part, I would like to add myself to the list of people who are ticked that they took the add to auto spell-check when you have a regular missed spelled word that you would like auto corrected.

There used to be a way to add a command to the right-click menu (context menu) but I don't know how to do that in Word 2016. Makes we want to revert to a much earlier version.
