all of a sudden word documents opening at outlook only open as read only compatibility documents. I have tried editing the registry changing the dword value from 1 to 0 for compatmode. I have made sure the protected files are unchecked. I have tried renaming the normal.dot file. I have even tried unistallking and then re-installing the microsoft suite. I know the files are created in the same version as mine because they are coming from co-workers and we all have word 2013. I'm at a loss.
