Hi,
I have a problem with hyperlink referring to WAV file. The hyperlink itself is ok but when I click on it (ctrl + click) Word doesn`t popup application associated with WAV files (wmplayer) but the sound is played so I don`t have any control over it. Even when I close the document the sound is still played till the end. If I add another hyperlink pointing to video file, everything is working perfectly and Word open application associated with video files. Any idea how to fix it ? Thank you |

Hi,
Thanx but it’s not it, I know how to insert hyperlink and it works. The only problem is with wav files and it`s something related to word or office. When I click on the link – it opens up sndrec32 in the background. I saw others had the same problem but I couldn’t find the solution. Probably I need to change something in the registry but I don`t know where ... Interesting, when I open the same document on the same machine with OpenOffice everything works like a charm, the application associated with WAV files opens up. |
