Default Match previous Highlight

Hello;

Per the attachment below, I'm trying to add line 46 to the additional greyed out lines. I'm not sure why the previous index line, and extension is different. There are no spaces inbetween lines, & the index & the end is a different line up.
I'm wondering how to match the added line 46 highlight to the others

Thanks, in advance for any input.

A quick fix might be the following: Select the paragraph whose formatting you want. Press Ctrl+Shift+S. Then select the paragraph(s) that you want to reformat. Press Ctrl+Shift+V.

Hello;

Thanks for the reply. I couldn't quite get that to work, but in working with it a bit, I realized that the lower portion doesn't seem to be standard highlighting of the text. On the other hand I don't really know what it is. I removed or moved some text & the first highlighting remained there that's when I thought perhaps it's not highlighting at all.
It's possibly somekind of coloring. I'm not really to apt in word, but I'll keep pluging away.

Thanks,
Rob_D

The color could be shading instead of highlighting.
