Hi and tnx for your reply
It closes (tnx for the correction) I am trying to open a word file (.docx) in microsoft word 2010. It opens but when I open any pdf file at the same time, the pdf file opens but immediately closes after a short while. I searched in forums and also changed the version of reader I am using but still got the same prob.
