The web version of Word allows multi-user authoring but I remember that the client version would also allow that too from two or more clients or mix of client instances and Web instances. I haven't found anything that says that was discontinue nor can I find anything that says that is a feature and if so how do I use it? Thanks Last edited by jimbassett; 03-26-2015 at 10:15 PM. I think that you need to save the document to Microsoft's Windows Live OneDrive or a Sharepoint Server and then open the document from that location.
These links should give you more info https://support.office.com/en-sg/art...d-f3d5372c27f4 http://news.microsoft.com/2010/04/16...the-same-time/
