format 00:00:00: AM and not 00:00

Hello,

In my Access data base I have a calculated heureconvoc field in the size(format) 00:00.
When I make a mailing, fields heureconvoc is resumed under the format 00:00:00: AM.

I have already tried many solutions unsuccessfully.

Reveal the field code and change it so it reads
{ MERGEFIELD heureconvoc \@ "hh:mm" }

If language = 1 via mailing I would want that the document C:\fr.txt is printed, if language = 2 then C:\It.txt is printed...
