How do you limit the footer to "first and last" page of a document?


I know how to do it to the 1st page only by selecting "different first page".

For the first page insert the footer in the first page footer. For the last page you can use a conditional field in the primary header e.g.

{ IF { PAGE } = { NUMPAGES } "This is the last page footer" }

All bracket pairs are inserted with CTRL+F9
