Its urgent

I am using MS office 2010
I am having a file in which there are some block diagram.
Editing this file is very slow.
when I am removing those block diagram then its normal editing
But as soon as I am copying block diagram then its like hell.
Here I am attaching both the files
first without block diagram


second with block diagram

working with second is like hell. Its like I am using some PC with decades of year back.

I have tried all. Like changing machine. Or disabling background re-pagination, then disabling provide feedback with animation. these are some of suggestion on different forum.
I have all most latest configuration like 6gb ram, core I5 1Tb harddisk


so some one please help me as soon as possible

Well, IMO, your first problem is that you are using the wrong software to construct/edit a diagram. Instead of using a Word Processor you should be using software designed for that purpose (i.e., PowerPoint, MS Visio, et al). You indicate that you are using MS Office 2010 and MS PowerPoint 2010 is part of that software package. You could benefit greatly by using that program to construct the diagram and then insert the completed diagram into your MS Word file as a .jpeg or similar file.

Of course, the size of the file will vary by the content so, you could end up with a similar problem (running slow) if it is too large. However, not knowing what your situation is...I am just guessing.
