is there an option in microsoft word 2007 table with round border edges.

round border egde problem(is there a better option)

I want round border egde around the text . I used illustrator to create the shapes which have squares with round edges. so i have copied and pasted my word file via the clipboard, however is there a more effecient way to achieve table with round border edges.
