How can I change the status bar (below) to see characters instead words in Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac OSX.

You could get a more definitive answer on a site devoted to Word for the Mac. Unless it is different from Word 2010, you cannot get this statistic in your status bar. You can add Word properties to the QAT and check it there.

So, it's possible have this status bar with a character count instead words in any Word for windows in any software version?

If this is in an incorrect area, could any moderator move it or I need to write again the threat?
