Thanks, a lot of that is helpful but looks like I almost need to sign up for a CC course just to figure out how use all those functions!
I just found out there are character limits for the drop down menus which has brought me to a hault. It's really irritating that you can't have drop down content options and when one is selected, the text you entered appears. In the master spec I'm writing, I want to have the option to select, for example, 1 of 3 optional clauses in one section that may be several paragraphs long or have multiple section within... option (1) 2.34.5 whatever text .1 more crap .2 even more crap option (2) 2.34.5 some different text .1 with different crap option (3) 2.34.5 more different text .1 some stuff .1 even more stuff So all I would see in the drop down menu is option 1 - 3 but when selected, all the applicable text would appear. Is there a way to set that up without being a XML mapping expert? |
