I need to group text with images. Basically I have a figure with a heading text above it and a source text below it.

Sometimes the figure breaks onto the next page, and the heading text is left on the trailing page. I can't manage this everytime I make changes on my 80 page thesis. How do I group this text and my image together so they stick together and don't break pages separately?

Format the text for the caption with paragraph formatting of "keep with next." This should be done with the Caption style.
