Nope.
But what you could do is in the drawing canvas draw you shapes and group them as a single group. Then put that as a graphic in the header or footer. When time comes to print, delete the graphic. |

There has to be a way - because the the template I attached works the way I want to create mine? How I can I create mine to work like that?
