I want to create objects that are seen and but will not print - even with Print Drawing Objects On
I am trying to create labels using the Labels/Tables functions for setup as they have specific details for ht/width/Vert/Horz spacing. I have no issues setting up tables and they work fine if the labels are the box/square/rectangle shape because I have grid lines turned on you can see the outlines/area and where content could go.
THE ISSUE is: I have numerous labels I want to create that are circles/ovals and want to actually draw (or use the shapes settings) for these on the page withing the gridlines of the table with end result being the end user can clearly see them for content area and they will not print -( even with print drawing object on). I know I can set my printer preferences to not print drawing objects, but then other drawing objects the users inserted won't print either.
There has to be way to have shapes/drawings turned off for some objects but will print others or forced not to print even with print drawing objects on? I know this because I found a template that proves it I just need to figure how it was built - and need your help. I have attached an example you can see area that print and that do not...
