Smile I want to create objects that are seen and but will not print - even with Print Drawing Objects On

Attached is the template example showing how it is working. Also attached LT template I created. I am trying figure out how "they" in the Template Example were able to get the black circles to show up and NOT PRINT - even with the Print Drawing Object setting selected.

"There is a quirk in Word that you can take advantage of.

Shapes can be coerced into having the Hidden attribute so you can display them or not, print them or not. The trick lies in applying that attribute to another character as well." I did try this and make the shape a hidden chartrot - not only did it not work me, the end user can't see the shape unless they have hidden object on - in reality most users do not and would just be another issue...
