Hi,
I am trying to use find and replace to solve a huge problem in thousand of pages. How can I change Replace Signage - Push: None to Refer to Signage Sheet globally It is a little bit tricky because none is in the another column and there are some other none in entire document which need to stay. Please see the attached image. I wonder is there a way to jump next column while using find and replace tool for example: Find: Signage - Push: "TAB" None Replace: Signage - Push: "TAB" Refer to Signage Sheet Please see the image ![]() Thanks a lot |

You can't do that via Find/Replace using Replace All. Unless you use a macro, which would be worth the effort for an infrequent requirement, the best you can do is use a Find for 'None' and selectively replace/retain the found occurrences.
