Technically, yes, you can insert links to ranges within an embedded Excel object. In practice, though, they tend to be rather fragile. As for what happens when you move the files to a different location, you can edit the links manually or use a macro such as the one attached to: http://windowssecrets.com/forums/sho...External-Files
