Default How to leave properties when the Word doc is saved

There are no shortages of instructions online on how to clear the properties from a word doc when you save it. However, I have a client that want's the opposite. In Office 2013, every document she opens, by default, is set to remove properties and personal information when the file is saved. She has to click on a link on the Info page that says "Allow this information to be saved in your file". She want's it to save the properties by default.

I've had her check in the trust center settings, in the Privacy Options, and asked her to uncheck the option that says "Remove personal information from file properties on save". However, she said it is already unchecked. Besides, this is for document specific settings, and I want this to be the default for any document opened in Word.

Any thoughts?

thanks,

fisk
