How about hyperlinks to separate documents or web pages?

If the things in the text box will not change often, you could do it as AutoText with macros and MacroButton Fields. See my Checkbox Add-In for an example of macrobutton fields that change their contents upon a user click.

Also, look into the AutoTextList field.
