I am laying out a Two Column Book using Word 2013. I use continuous section breaks between Chapters. Yet After a section break, the columns are resetting and not flowing continuously. Is there a way to keep this from happening?

What do you mean by "the columns are resetting and not flowing continuously"? It would also be easier for someone to diagnose the issue and advise if they could see a representative document. Can you attach such a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
