A classic example for the use of styles as outlined in:
Understanding Styles in Microsoft Word; How to create numbered headings or outline numbering in Ribbon Versions of Word by Shauna Kelly; or Why use Microsoft Word’s built-in heading styles? by Shauna Kelly For reference, I am attaching a file where a "Question" and "Answer" style was roughly created/formatted representing your outline. Unfortunately, as I see it, you will probably have to go back and apply such formatting to each question/answer. Of course, others may offer a better solution. Hope this helps... |
