2007-Can't save defaults

Thanks for the reply.
I didn't really solve it, just discovered another wrinkle.

I'll look into the "add-in" issues when I get back to the affected pc.
I'll also report back after that.

Well that didn't help either.
I can't even locate Normal Template.
No big deal, I'll just create new docs via "word" in programs.
