I'm working on my resume which saves and opens fine in word 08 for mac OS X, but when I email the document, all borders somehow get deleted. Same goes when I save it in PDF. When I open it, all borders are removed. Wondering what issue this could be? Its important for me to keep the borders.
I've attached images to show the difference. With borders: http://i.imgur.com/c22xOpH.png after removed: http://i.imgur.com/laWkAjG.png Thanks for any help |

From your screenshots, it appears the 'before' image is displaying the table gridlines, not borders. If you want borders to appear in the output, you'll have to add them - gridlines never appear there.

No, you can't convert gridlines to borders. Adding borders is a trivial exercise, though.
