Default Need Find and Replace dialog to default to "All"

Find and Replace>Find Tab>Search Options - it always defaults to Down. I can change it a million times and every time I open the dialog it's back to Down. Is there a trick to get it to stay on All? Thanks.

Mystery solved. If the word I'm looking for is highlighted in the document it defaults to Down for some reason, but I started removing the highlighting first and now it starts with All.
