Default Text boundaries appear on every paragraph

Good day!
I face a problem with text boundaries option. when I activate this option, the boundaries appear also on every paragraph which makes the document look ugly (as shown in the attached file)

How to resolve this issue?
Thanks in advancesnapshot.jpg

This looks like Word 2013, not Word 2003. No document is attached.

This is the (stupid) way that Word 2013 works. The only solution is to turn off display of text boundaries in your options. The designers made this change to the text rendering engine in Word and are unlikely to change it back to the way it was in previous versions.

I asked because your original post said Word 2003, not 2013.
