Ctrl H
Find ^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p^p Replace with: ^p Replace all Once it can't find any more, delete one of the ^p in the find box and Replace All. Then continue until you can't find any replacements for ^p^p. |

Or a single wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = [^13]{2,} (or depending on your regional settings, [^13]{2;}) Replace = ^p
