Good day!
How can I remove all styles in Ms. Word document without affecting the current format, or copying the whole document and paste it in another word file keeping the same format but without the styles. Thanks |

I am not sure that can be done. Afterall, Word will create a style if you do not assign one yourself. So, there will always be styles in use. So, when you clear your styles from the document you are effectively clearing your format as well. Test the process with a sample document highlighting the sample text and using the "Clear All" function of the Styles drop-down dialog box.
Of course, that is just my opinion. |

You cannot. Styles are at the heart of how Word formats documents. Any Word document will have Styles, whether or not they are used.
What is it you are trying to accomplish by doing this? Perhaps that can be done, just not with this method. If you are going to be using Word much at all, you owe it to yourself to spend some time learning how to use Styles. Otherwise, it will feel as if the computer is trying to sabotage your work.
