Default Created a form but want to hide text

I created a Word form but want to hide the text on the right of the label name (where you click and fillout data) if it's Printed only. Otherwise I want the users to be able to
click on the fields and see them on the screen. But if the user wants to Print the form and just fill out the empty fields by hand on hardcopy.

I don't know if this is possible, I'm not that good at MS Word.
Can anyone help or give me direction on this?

Thank you!
