It appears Word's Normal.dotm file is damaged. The Sticky 'Word 2007 & Later Key Data File Locations' thread at the top of this forum shows how to locate it. Simply delete or rename the file.

Having done that, I suggest you also repair the Office installation (via Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel).
