When I want to stop using bullets, I can't stop them by pressing enter twice, so I have deselect bullets, and use the ruler to the slide the margin back (backspace doesn't work either), I'm Word 2013 Pro Plus, how do I fix this?

Have you tried reapplying the Normal style to the paragraph that you want without bullets?

Aw, what the heck, don't even know styles do, and so I never use them, but it all makes sense now, yup that fixed it, thanks!

Actually, there's still a problem, I have to click normal every time, which is still a pain and not what happens on my other computers.

Instead of pressing “Enter” twice, try pressing “Enter” only once, then press “Ctrl+Shift+N”. This will apply the Normal style to the current paragraph.
Note that “Ctrl+Shift+L” applies the List Bullet style. |
