Default How to setup (or mimic): Two colums with only text being input in leftside column

Hi.

Basically i want to use two columns. But i only want the text i type to run in the left side column. However I still want to be able to use right side column, for putting pictures in it.

Happy for any help making this work some type to mimic it in some other way to get it working
