template has background in doc background gone
I have a strange problem.
I create a word 2013 template with a header and footer, and the page background is grey. The template is saved as document.dotx When I dubbleclick the document, it opens as newdocument.docx, as it should, but the gray background is gone, it is ordinary white. The header and footer are still there. What can I do, to avoid this.
