Windows XP Struggling to set A4 Jpg image as Word document background?

OK so I've got the water mark image to show full screen, washed out, which looks fine, however I've gone to print and the print preview show the water mark image cropped with a border around the image and the bottom section cut off?

Any idea thought I had it then.
