Background Issues with Image

Hello all,

I am attempting to make a one page business plan with a fancy background. The background I have selected looks great on the screen but when I attempt to print or PDF instead of having the background as the image I selected, the background is nine images in a tile pattern. How can I get this to print/pdf the same way that I see it on the screen?
