![]() interesting, never knew about that little feature. my current solution is that I have copied an old document with the correct margins, deleted the contents and saved it as read only, and I'm using it as a template. not ideal, but it's a fix. I will attach a document to this post. thanks scott |

I notice you do not have your Spacing set to zero -- You might try playing with zero for Before and Afterwards to get what you want
