![]() Using Headings 1, 2, and 3 in a TOC. Default postion of page numbers is H1 aligned right-most, H2 aligned to the left of H1, and H3 aligned to the right of H2. This creates a difficult pattern for the eye to follow. Is there a way to "stairstep" the page numbers: H1, H2 to the right of H1, and H3 to the right of H2 (prefered)? Or, H1 aligned right, H2 left of H1, and H3 left of H2? Either way, it is much easier for the eye to follow the logical pattern. |
