I was referring to the page numbers...not the text. All you need to do is modify the right-aligned page number for each TOC style (TOC 1, 2 and 3 for Heading 1, 2 and 3) to the desired stairstep you want.
Maybe I have misunderstood but, see the attachment for clarification. Ooops. Just saw your latest entry...glad you got it sorted. |
