How unusual, the original attached file showed up after you attached the second one.

I've had a look and a play with some different options but haven't been able to achieve what you are after. I would say this is a limitation of Word. So I would say you either need to forfeit the wordart numbers or the row shading.

I'm interested if anyone else has a solution for this issue.
